No sites offered for these datesA forested campground near trout fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. Most campsites have no hookups, and RV fit varies by site.
The reservoir is the focal point for recreation here: the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife manages populations of rainbow trout, mountain whitefish, brook trout and largemouth bass, so fishing and boating are the primary draws from the campground. Wildlife viewing is also excellent sandhill cranes, bald eagles and osprey are regulars, forest birds such as black-backed woodpecker, Williamson's sapsucker and mountain chickadee occupy the adjacent timber, and on summer mornings or evenings you may see Rocky Mountain elk grazing the lakeside meadows; deer, beaver, squirrels and the occasional black bear are also present.

Length limits vary by campsite.

“Good fishing, good camping, on top of it campground host! ”
“We enjoyed our stay at Rock Creek Campground, Loop 4, site 25. It was plenty big and fairly private. Close walk to the lake, host checked in with us to see that everything was ok, overall great stay!! ”
“We like this campground for our paddling trips on the Cascade Lakes. It’s convenient enough and the loops are great for small groups. The downside is that a large number of trees were removed a few years ago so there is very limited shade.”

Months with fewer than 30 reservations of that kind are left blank. Sites where nearly every booking was made the day of arrival (pay on arrival) are left out. Closed seasons, windows not yet released for booking, and currently unavailable nights are separate from this history.
Based on Recreation.gov reservations, FY2015–2025 (3,480 reservations in the years scored). Counts reservations made, not nights actually camped: cancellations aren't in the data, and nights a site was closed count as not booked. FY2020–21 (COVID) are left out of the scores.
