Available Nov 13–15 · 2 nights1 site open for every nightA forested campground near hiking, and mountain biking. Most campsites have no hookups, and RV fit varies by site.
Outdoor opportunities concentrate on nearby trails and the surrounding forest: hiking and mountain biking routes radiate out from the campground, and the mix of open pine and wetter aspen stands creates good conditions for bird and nature watching. The town of Sisters is only a few miles away on Highway 242 (McKenzie Pass Highway) to the east, offering groceries, restaurants, and other services, while the Sisters Wilderness trail network is within easy reach for longer day hikes.

Length limits vary by campsite.

“Beautiful campground with spacious sites. Gave 4 stars due to water only available via one hand pump in the middle of the campground away from the road, so trying to add water to an RV tank is very challenging. ”
“Relaxing location with close proximity to Dee Wright Observatory and Sisters. A good stop over to venturing further into Central Oregon. ”

Months with fewer than 30 reservations of that kind are left blank. Sites where nearly every booking was made the day of arrival (pay on arrival) are left out. Closed seasons, windows not yet released for booking, and currently unavailable nights are separate from this history.
Based on Recreation.gov reservations, FY2015–2025 (4,811 reservations in the years scored). Counts reservations made, not nights actually camped: cancellations aren't in the data, and nights a site was closed count as not booked. FY2020–21 (COVID) are left out of the scores.
