This van is adventure ready! Whether you are flying in from out of town or you are a SoCal local looking for an outdoor excursion, all you need are your clothes, toiletries and a quick trip to the grocery store. Everything else is included. Plus, with a Dometic air conditioner and a propane furnace, you’re equipped for any climate. At just over 19 and a half feet long, it is a lot easier to drive than most RVs and it fits in a standard parking spot. The backup camera makes maneuvering a breeze. Unlike most vans this size, it has a spacious 5 cu. ft. refrigerator (not a cooler sized fridge), an indoor shower and flushable toilet (not a cassette toilet that needs to be taken out and emptied into a public toilet). When an electric hookup is available, there is a 30 amp shore power line with a 15 amp adapter so you can stay powered up at the campground/RV park or you can just plug into a household outlet. There are 110v, USB, and 12v outlets throughout the interior to power up/charge your gadgets. When boondocking (no electric hookup), you will get 1-2 days of battery power for the 12v and USB outlets. There is a second alternator that charges the house batteries while the engine is running. This acts like a generator does in other RVs, but since it just needs the engine to idle, you don’t have to worry about a loud generator disrupting the quiet of nature. Idling the engine will give you power to the regular household 110v outlets and appliances. There is also a 100W solar panel to help maintain battery levels when the sun is out. What's included GENERAL - Backup camera - Forward facing power sofa - folds down to make a queen size bed (only 72" long) - 24” TV and DVD player on swivel mount - Dimmable LED strip lighting to create the right atmosphere - Awning to protect your outdoor space from sun and rain - Zip in screens for the side and back if needed - Space heater - can be used to save on Propane when hooked up to shore power - Driver and passenger seats swivel to provide more hang out space - 5 seatbelts (2 in front, 3 in back) KITCHEN - Two burner stove, microwave, sink, pantry, and fold away counter extension - Coffee maker, toaster - 3 qt Instant Pot - Cookware - pots, pans, cooking utensils - Silverware, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, coffee mugs - Cutting board, chef's knife, bread knife, can opener, corkscrew, kitchen shears - Colander, mixing bowl, spatulas and tongs (for stovetop and campfire/grill cooking) - Tupperware containers, measuring spoons, measuring cup - Ice tray and water container with filter in the fridge BEDROOM - Comforter, sheet set, 2 pillows, blanket BATHROOM / SHOWER - 2 full bath towel sets, shower mat - Toilet paper, hand soap, 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash CLEANING - Dish towels, paper towels - Dish soap, dish wand, sponges, dish drying mat - Cleaning supplies, disinfectant wipes, handheld vacuum, broom, dustpan HOUSE - Space heater, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, 2 fire blankets - JBL Flip 5 Bluetooth speaker OUTDOOR - 2 headlamps, camp lantern, string lights for awning - Outdoor rug, camp chairs, campfire forks for hot dogs or marshmallows Recommendations I would recommend the following which are all within five hours of LA: Joshua Tree National Park, Yosemite National Park, Sequoia National Park, Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Green Valley Lake, Idyllwild, Mountain High, Pismo Beach, Big Sur, Las Vegas Other things to note In addition to a walk through during pickup, there is a detailed user guide for reference on how to operate various aspects of the van. Availability of delivery varies based on schedule. **This rental is festival friendly except for Burning Man due to lack of insurance coverage.**

Had a wonderful trip in this fantastic van! Everything as described and better. It's super well equipped, comfy, reliable, and with lots of charm. Great communication with the host, and we really appreciated Keith being flexible with the return time when we hit holiday traffic. Would love to rent it again, thanks Keith!

Awesome experience. The van was absolutely perfect for our trip. The van had everything we needed, and we didn't run into a single issue. Keith was an excellent host. He was extremely communicative, accessible, and flexible. The info he provided in advance of the trip was so thorough, we didn't need to reach out to him much, but he was readily available anytime we did have a question. We would 100% rent with Keith…

Another Five star review for Keith and the Van. The van was exactly as described, and made a lovely home for a rainy trip through central CA. Keith was a great communicator from the very first moment that we contacted him on Outdoorsy, always quick to respond and more than willing to work with us to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The van came with a full user manual AND a video recorded by Keith…

Keith was an amazing host and the van was great! Keith went into detail on how to operate things around the van and the van also had everything we needed for our off-grid adventure. Keith was also very responsive when i had questions. Overall a great experience and would 100% recommend!

Keith was an excellent host! He was very thorough and answered all our questions. We really enjoyed our trip to Joshua Tree from the LA area with his van. We camped during winter and with the evening temperatures dipping to high 30 degrees Fahrenheit and sudden rain / hail, we were thankful for all the amenities we had to keep us warm and dry.
