*Tow it your self or have it Deliverd* (NO Delivery TO: Big sur state park or Fernwood campground) RV-by-the-Sea is our brand new 2022 Ameri-Lite Gulf Stream travel trailer. We are located in Monterey this is the perfect Rig to make home base while you explore the beautiful Central Coast. Since towing a trailer takes experience, can be intimidating and not everyone has a vehicle that has towing capacity we can deliver her to your already booked campsite, level, stabilize, hookup power, water and sewage, and show you how all systems work. Then meet you at checkout to break it down and haul it away. We want everyone to be able to enjoy being outdoors so come and experience everything RV'ing has to offer without the hassle! She's also great for adding sleeping quarters at your home when you have extra guests in town or if you are planning a home remodel. She sleeps 6-7 comfortably with a queen size murphy bed, two double size bunk beds and a dinette that converts into a small sleeping option (best for children). The queen size murphy bed folds into a couch to provide extra space and additional lounging option for day use. The Kitchen features a larger than average refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, two burners, a farmhouse style sink and is fully stocked with kitchen equipment. We have added additional baskets to assist in organizing belongings for your upcoming camping trip. The dinette seats 4 with additional seating for 2 on the couch. Enjoy a full size Rv bathroom where we have added storage for bathroom necessities. The shower has hot and cold water whether your are hooked up or not. You will sleep well with the option of using the heater or A/C unit, the weather is mild in the Central Coast you will most likely enjoy sleeping with the windows open. The trailer has Bluetooth which can connect your phone to the indoor/outdoor speaker system, a 24 inch TV (with DVD player), automatic retractable awning for a nice evening relaxing outside. Bedding: All beds include a water proof mattress protector. *Pillows, Linens and towels can be included for an additional fee* Bathroom: RV Toilet Paper (RV's require single ply toilet paper) Liquid hand soap 1 Towel and 1 Hand Towel included for each person Air Freshener First Aid Kit (Basic) This Rig allows you to pack minimally, pick up food on the way and arrive to your campsite with ease. Recommendations This is our family's personal RV that we love please treat it respectfully. We strive to keep an exceptional level of cleanliness, we ask that you leave the RV in the same condition as it was delivered, cleaning materials are supplied for you, so that before you depart: all food remnants, trash, surfaces are to be wiped down including stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, entire bathroom including outside and inside of toilet. Additional fees can apply if unit is not returned in this fashion. Other things to note No Smoking-any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic loss of deposit. Minimum renter age of 25 Pets are welcome for an additional $50 fee No Festivals

  We had a blast in big sur, chris setup the rv for us. It fit our family of four nicely. Big sur is incredible too, if you get a chance to visit

  This camper was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 for a week in Big Sur. Chris took fantastic care of us. He cares about his trailer and it shows. It was meticulously clean and organized which allowed us to move through with ease and get out to enjoy nature. We hope to have the opportunity to rent it again.

  This trailer is perfect for a weekend camping trip! Chris is super easy to work with and it is so nice sleeping in a trailer that is well cared for with all the amenities you need. We have rented from him twice and would absolutely do it again!

  Chris was an amazing host. He delivered and setup the trailer for us before we arrived. The trailer is very clean, the perfect size for a family of five, and is fully stocked with everything needed for a camping trip in Monterey. A++ - I highly recommend renting his trailer and will be renting from him again in the future.
