  RV was in good condition and clean on arrival. Had water leak with pump so could not use water until the next day. When contacted Margaret the next day she immediately sent person to repair when was done quickly . The bottom step in the main entrance was sightly unsteady looks like it might had been bent previously.   We had a great experience renting from Margaret for our camping trip at the river. It was our first time reserving a trailer and the process was very smooth. Margaret answered all my questions. The trailer was dropped off at the site when we arrived and everything was explained to us.
