Dinette Bed: 40 in. x 91 in. (Some idea about the size: Twin XL is 39x80, a twin is 39x75) While camping off-grid, you can operate all the lights, listen to the radio, watch TV, run the heater, use the stove top and shower. Propane tanks, onboard batteries, an inverter, allowing you to dry camp. As an addition, we have a quiet propane generator available for rent which can run the convection oven/microwave and air conditioner to round up the experience. While hooked up at a campsite, you can enjoy the convection oven/microwave and stay cool with air conditioning without the need for a generator. Tow vehicle must be rated at a minimum of 4,000 lbs tow capacity, have a 7 pin round trailer connector socket. Have either a built-in trailer brake controller or we have a Bluetooth brake controller available. Weight distribution hitch with sway controller is available for no additional cost. As long as you have a 2-inch hitch receiver and a 7-pin socket, we will give you the FULL TOWING SET and HANDS ON TRAINING to make sure that you become a champion on how to hook up & detach your trailer. - If your vehicle has no towing package (hitch receiver & 7 pin socket), just call your nearest U-Haul and they will install it for you. · Toll ADMIN Fee -If you use the toll road, there will be a $15 admin fee + toll charge. · We are festival friendly however with some limitations. No Burning Man! · We’re festival-friendly with a few limitations—just ask when you book! · We love pets, so let us know if you're bringing yours when you make your reservation. · We offer delivery and pick-up (including Airports) services for your convenience. · Returning customers enjoy a 10% discount on their next booking. · Renters are responsible for tire damage. If you think it’s due to negligence, bring the tire back for a professional evaluation; reimbursement depends on the result. · Standard pick-up is at 3pm (±30 minutes) and drop-off is at 11am (±30 minutes). · Early pick-up and late drop-off are available for an additional fee. The earliest pick-up is 7:30am, and the latest drop-off is 6pm.

  Felicia and Gabor are amazing. Very responsive and accommodating. This was my first trip towing a trailer and they provided me with a proper size hitch receiver and Bluetooth brake controller. The trailer is in fantastic shape.
