About this RV

2 Bedroom Family Quad Bunkhouse! Ready for delivery and set up within So Cal! Complete with Pivot lounge furniture, 400i Solar with 6 inverted outlets, 10 cu ft mini fridge, 3 burner stove and mini oven, sat/cable TV, inside/outside speakers, queen bed and the ability to comfortably sleep 10! Our whole family is in love and we think yours will be too! This is our private used Travel trailer, please treat it with respect and kindness. Please note: When boondocking with no power hookups, the solar does not support Air Conditioning or microwave use. our current generator (big battery on wheels) does not support these. It is NOT to be plugged into the RV as it is simply a large power bank for small appliances, phone charging etc. You must be aware of your usage and check battery levels on the RIG and the generator when in use and not deplete the batteries. Both the RIG and the generator have apps that show usage and depletion. Add upgrades if you wish! When your weekend of fun and relaxation is over we will pick it up! This RV is protected with EcoPro including non-toxic Microbe Repel. No smoking/drugs. Pets on approval Festivals and tailgating may be allowed. You are responsible for making sure no one is smoking in the trailer and responsible for your guests and damage they may cause. What's included Our RV comes fully stocked with all the amenities as if you're checking into a hotel with a kitchen. Including utensils, cookware, dinnerware, a single serve coffee maker, cutting board and basic RV cleaning supplies. Freshly washed linens and bedding for master bed and 4 bunk beds (any other bedding will need to be provided by the renter), freshly washed bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, hand soap, toilet paper (specific to trailer toilets). We include an outdoor mat and camping chairs! Recommendations There are many beautiful campgrounds in San Diego and So. Plus have experience with towing and backing up a 33ft trailer. As per insurance provider and Outdoorsy policy, cannot be transported to Mexico or be used for events such as Burning Man. Awnings are known to be easily damaged, and are very expensive to repair, we offer the use of a free pop-up canopy if renters choose not to risk the use of the patio awning.

  Our family had an excellent experience with Tabetha and Timothy. The RV was delivered and picked up on time and were always available by phone if we had a question.   Great experience. Tabitha and Tim are great hosts. They explained everything in detail. Trailer had everything you need, including a stocked smore's box, coffee, creamer, cider, hot cocoa, spices, soaps, etc. All the things you forget to bring or are unsure of to bring.   Camper/RV was exactly as described. New, clean and everything running smoothly. Tabetha (and Timothy) were great hosts, super accommodating, and provided everything we needed (and more) to ensure a great camping experience for our family. I highly recommend Tabetha and her RV!
