Take the camper down to the RV park by the lake and camp by the beach. *Delivery available. $50 minimum delivery charge and $3 per mile up to 100 miles max) *Delivery price includes camper pick up as well. **Do Not take camper on off road trails or through wash. **Park camper on flat level ground only.** **Do not let campfire smoke into the camper**($200 smoke removal fee) Other things to note You get a free walkthrough with all instructions for the camper trailer in person when you pick it up or have it delivered. *Includes 2 full tanks of Propane. **If you need more propane, you will have to pay for that cost and fill the tank yourself at the correct filling station. **Please dump the black and gray water and clean the dump hose thoroughly before returning the camper. ($50 dump fee and hose cleaning fee, If not dumped and hose not cleaned completely.) *Don't put food waste down sinks or toilets!* *Please clean all dishes, silverware, cookware, sink, stove, oven, counters, table, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom shower, bathroom sink and toilet before returning the camper. ($200 cleaning fee if not cleaned completely.) ( I will sweep and mop the floor and clean all the linens upon return.) **Do Not take camper on off road trails or through wash.   Mark was great. He was very helpful. When we arrived he had trailer setup, but the site wasn’t very good. We found a different site by some trees. He moved the trailer with no problem. Would rent from him again.

  We have ordered from Mark in the past and everything was amazing. This trip was different. We had to change our dates last minute and he went above and beyond to make to it happen but asked us to check out an hour earlier. We agreed. The day before we packed up he texted and asked us to be ready before that time. This is our annual family reunion and we felt rushed to have to pack the night before and not spend time…
