This is a super clean lightweight trailer. This trailer weighs in at 2,855 lbs empty (weight includes battery and full propane tank, but empty water tanks). I have towed this trailer with a 2014 6 cyl Jeep Cherokee without issues. The payload capacity is 645lbs, the hitch weight is 305 lbs, the Gvwr is 3,500 lbs. This unit has everything you need, kitchen with sink, 2 burner stove-top, microwave, refrigerator, bathroom with standing shower and small bathtub (no bathroom sink). bedroom with queen-size bed, dining area, 8,000 BTU AC that blows cold, heater, stereo, inside and outside speakers, led lights and many more amenities. Trailer is ideal for two adults, could also accommodate one or two small children. We keep the trailer in great condition as we use it as well. The trailer has a single battery and single propane tank. First Responders may be eligible for a discount. Email us prior to bookings. Feel free to message me with any questions. Rules: NO Smoking in the trailer, it will forfeit your total deposit. NO Pets. DO not walk on the roof. Empty the trailer water tanks (fresh, grey and black). Propane is provided free. Wheel chocks are required to be used when trailer is parked while camping. Stabilizer jacks are required to be used when trailer is parked while camping. They are used to stabilize the trailer not to lift or level it. Water filter, pressure regulator and White hose are required to be used while camping as need. *Attention Renters: Renter should have a brake controller installed on their vehicle in order to tow the trailer. The renter is responsible for ensuring their vehicle can safely pull the trailer. Everything included (wheel chocks, leveling blocks, entry door mat, sewer drain hose, large outdoor mat, fresh water filter with hose and pressure regulator, camp chairs, camp stove, small barbecue, paper and plastic plates, cups, plastic wear, towels, drill for stabilizer jacks, just bring your pillows, clothes, and food. Other things to note The departure and return times are negotiable.

  John is a great host. Knowledgeable about his RV and Very informative. I bring a lot of my own gear but John’s RV has everything you need. Chairs, camp stove, propane, cookware, blankets, sheets, towels and much more. I have rented this RV before and plan to rent it again.

  The whole experience was amazing! John explained and demoed everything. The trailer was in great condition and it was really fun and warm during our trip. The trailer was loaded with essentials, simply come and live. We had such a great experience, that we'll be renting the trailer from John for our next trip!
