NO BURNING MAN RENTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED! This meticulously cared for pet friendly RV, sleeps 6, and comes with a ton of upgraded features! There is a queen slide out in the rear of the RV, a comfortable cab over bunk, a fold down sofa, and a dining table that converts to a small bed. Tons of storage. This RV is equipped with 3 TVs! A 40in TV located in the main cabin, swings out so it can be watched by anyone sitting on the couch or dining table. Another TV is located in the rear bedroom, and this RV even includes an outside TV! Great for watching your sporting events and for outdoor movie nights! The RV has a huge 55-gallon gas (NO Diesel) tank and can go an estimated 400 miles (depending on mountain/valley driving) before it needs a refill! It is also equipped with a rear camera and huge side mirrors. ***TURN-IN REQUIREMENTS*** Remove your belongings, clean out grey/black tanks, refill propane tank and fuel to same levels as was received upon pickup. Pick up at 11am, and drop off by noon preferred. Upon pick up or delivery, I will do a thorough walk-through of all the RV systems and features. Additionally, I recommend watching the following video on YouTube regarding the general features and control panels, in order to familiarize yourself with the rig. There is no carpet flooring (except in the driver cockpit), all the floors are vinyl so cleanup is EASY!!!   Julie's RV was everything we expected and more! Clean, spacious, homey. It was perfect home base for camping with our pup.   We chose to have the RV set up and taken down in our Camp Richardson campsite, as we were driving to Tahoe from Southern California. It was a wonderful experience. The motorhome was beautiful and worked well for my family of 5. Communication with Julie was great. We would definitely do this again if we are able to secure campsites in Tahoe in the future.
