The front living room offers a Popup TV, electric fireplace, BT radio and surround sound, 2 full recliners, and 2 sofa conversions that fold out to queen size sofa beds. Prepare for the ultimate tailgate or enjoy the campfire without missing your favorite shows with the outdoor stereo and flat screen TV. Two TVs are ROKU equipped (living room and bedroom). Don't miss out on cooking your favorite meals either inside the full kitchen with full size refrigerator, full gas range, stove and microwave, OR enjoy the outside BBQ area flat top grill and minifridge. A K-cup coffee maker is provided for those early rise and shine-ers! Camper has normal wear and tear from rental use. Delivery/Pickup Available. One-way trips are negotiable. 1 ton truck required with proper 5th wheel hitch. Delivery preferred, but will discuss pickup with only qualified individuals. LAUNDRY: The camper is equipped with a washer and dryer. Detergent will be provided complimentary. INDOOR KITCHEN: Comes with pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, knifes, plates, bowls, dish scrub brush, broom, and mop. Camper is equipped with a central vacuum system. Also comes with microwave and full-size gas stove top/oven, full size refrigerator. OUTDOOR KITCHEN: A pull out flat top cast iron grill, sink and mini-fridge. ENTERTAINMENT: Comes equipped with a smart TV in main living area, a TV in the kitchen, a roku TV in the bedroom and outdoor tailgate compartment. Radio speakers throughout the main living area, kitchen and outside patio area. BATHROOM: Full size master bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, and full size shower with lounge fold down chair. The second bathroom has a toilet and a sink. RV comes equipped with grey and black water tanks with clean outs.

  The layout of this RV is very comfortable for a family of 6! The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and the outside grill is a great feature. Everything was very clean and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
