Hi there! We are the Pea family from Melbourne, FL. We enjoy "glamping" along the Spacecoast and throughout the Sunshine State. Renters rank us 5-Star Hosts for cleanliness, hospitality, and helpfulness. We are now accepting reservations for Spring Break Vacations + Festivals! Families and pets are welcome. ***Only accepting reservations within a 500 mile radius of Central Florida ***Delivery and pick-up accommodations can be made with reasonable notice within a 60 mile radius of Central Florida Our updated Sunseeker motorhome features a comfortable private queen-sized bed with Serta mattress, a large over cab bunk (with 450lb capacity), fold-out sofa, dinette conversion, electric/gas refrigerator, microwave, stove, Max Air ventilation fan, A/C, furnace, and hot water heater. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and porcelain toilet. There are two (3) smart televisions (Bluetooth) located in the dining area, master bedroom, and outdoor entertainment area with updated refrigerator and television. This motorhome is ready to accommodate full hook-up sites, which include water, electrical (30A), and sewer. The unit has a power awning to provide you shade on hot summer days. There are also Bluetooth-enabled outdoor speakers and lights for those fun, outdoor dance parties or relaxing island vibes. Tons of storage space underneath for all of your family's gear. WE Will Include: a 10x10 canopy, gas BBQ grill, beach toys, outdoor games, camping chairs (up to 5), an outdoor rug, and fully stocked kitchen with paperware, pots and pans, dish washing and hand soaps, RV toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. For the health and safety of everyone, we follow the CDC guidelines to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize after each rental. Our motorhome can be delivered and set-it up for you; so, all you'll need to remember to pack are your essentials, food and drinks! Or you can stop by to get the RV to start your next BIG adventure as soon as possible! What's included We've got you covered! We include a gas BBQ grill, beach toys, outdoor games, camping chairs (up to 5), an outdoor rug, and FULLY STOCKED kitchen with paperware, pots and pans, pillows and linens, RV toilet paper, paper towels, broom and basic cleaning supplies provided. And our complimentary welcome basket with magazines and tasty snacks!   Highly recommend! We can’t thank Corey and his family enough, they were kind and patient with us, went over everything we needed to know without rushing us. The RV had everything we could have possibly needed for this trip. We are new to camping, there was a lot to stress out about to make sure this trip went really well, but it was so nice that the RV and everything in it was not one of those stressors.

  Corey was a great host, good communication, RV was nice and clean and drove amazing. Corey took the time to explain the main operations of his RV. Most everything you need for a good RV experience was on the RV such as kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, outside grill, chairs, games, etc.

  We had a great trip as a first time RV'er. Corey (host) explained all the systems to me and everything turned out perfectly. The RV itself was in excellent shape and spotless on the inside. You can obviously tell they are meticulous owners and maintain the RV in perfect shape. We even had a gift basket with snacks in it waiting for us on the table. Thanks Tee (host).   Corey and Tee were wonderful hosts, responsive, informative and accommodating, as well as friendly and nice. The Pea Pod was likewise wonderful.
