Our Mercedes pop-top and is great for tooling around Oahu. This is the weekender version which has back seat that folds down to a large queen size bed and it has a more open feeling compared to the full campers like the VW Vanagon Westfalia. It's easy to drive, looks like a local car, and has all of the nostalgic Westfalia camping experiences with the pop-top that has a small full sized bed, a fold out kitchen table, and a swiveling front seats. We have taken the stock Mercedes pop-top and have added the following: - 3" memory foam mattress topper for lower bed - Roof racks to carry surfboards, kayaks, SUP's - Swivel seat base to the driver and passenger front seat - 8' x 8' retractable Thule awning - 50 quart chest style electric refrigerator. - Fire extinguisher - Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detector - Pressurized 7 gallon outdoor solar heated shower - Stereo with CarPlay and Android Auto - Tinted the windows for cooler vehicle and great privacy - 12V and 120V AC electrical system including: - 200AH Lithium Iron Phosphate house battery - 2000W pure sine wave inverter - 12V Vent fan to extract warmer air from inside the van - Small 12V fan to keep you cool when you sleep at night - 8 high power USB outlets throughout the van These electrical upgrades will allow you to charge your phones, tablets, computers all night long as well as providing lighting and air circulation in the van for some comfortable sleeping at night. This is a huge thing. Sleeping in a van with no moving air gets very stagnant and makes for a bad night sleep. The 2000w inverter provides enough power to power a blender, blow drier, or any appliance you can throw at it and it produces a pure sine wave which will not damage sensitive electronics. Arriving: Our standard check-in time is 3:00PM. If available, you may be able to checkin sooner for an additional fee of $10/hr should you want your campervan earlier than 3:00PM. Let us know if you would like early check-in and we will try and accommodate you but it is not guaranteed. Once you arrive at the Honolulu Airport (HNL), you can grab a cab or rideshare right next to baggage claim and take it to our facility which is around 15 miles (~20 min & ~ $30) away from the terminal. Once you arrive at our facility, we will go over the campervan with you and teach you how to use it as well as noting any previous damage prior to you taking off. We'll then sign some paperwork and you're off. This process will take around 20 minutes or so. Once you are finished with your trip, we will meet you back in the same parking lot and check you back in. Camping: Camping on Oahu does require you to have a campsite for each night as there is no free camping. Check out the camping page on our website for more information and we will also provide you with our camping and itinerary guide once you book which shows you our recommended spots and how to book them. We supply this campervan with camping equipment for a mandatory fee of $9 per person per day which includes: - Bath towel and washcloth for each person - Beach towel for each person - Beach chair for each person - Pillow for each person - Headlamp for each person - Kitchenware for each person - Maps and and tour guide book - Pots, pans and miscellaneous cooking utensils - French Press Coffee Maker - Electric Kettle - 2 burner propane stove with (2) 1lb propane tanks - 3 Gallons Filtered Drinking Water - Camp Table - Bed Linens - Binoculars - Lantern and Fairy Lights - Umbrella - Toilet Paper - Garbage Bags - Games - Clothes Line - First aid kit - Fire extinguisher - 2 person Hammock - Bronner’s Biodegradable Soap You can also choose some of these Additional Add-ons which can make your vacation even more enjoyable: - Snorkel Sets - Boogie Boards - Surf Boards - SUP Boards - Children’s Car Seat - Children’s Booster Seat - Portable Bluetooth Speaker - 4 Person Tent - Camping Mattress Pad - Extra Sheet Set - Extra Pillow - Porta Potti - Weber Charcoal Grill - Beach Cooler - Portable Power Station *** Note *** The $9 per person fee must be added by you during checkout. It is the first Add-on. If not added during checkout, then we will automatically add it to your reservation. Since Pipeline has been in our fleet for 5 years now, it does show some wear and tear and is priced accordingly, but it still remains one of our most popular campervans for cruising around the island. When booking through Outdoorsy’s platform, you will be required to purchase insurance through them even if you have your own insurance that would cover this campervan rental.   We had a fantastic time with Pipeline! We traveled with our 20 month old and had a blast exploring the North Shore and staying at Malaekhana Dtate Recreation Park and Camp Mokule’ia! The van was fully equipped and was the perfect fit for our little family. We rented the car seat and it made things so easy. Sean and Beth-Ann are super communicative and made our trip one for the books!

  Great process from start to finish. The camper van was well-equipped for our adventure around Oahu. We really enjoyed thoughtful touches like the solar shower, plenty of USB ports, and fans that kept us cool at night. Overall great experience and would rent from them again
