  There was no mention in the add of needing to bring our own sheets. Luckily we had friends at the campground who had extra sheets. There was also no level available to level the trailer. Suggest that your add be updated to better communicate what is available and not available. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of renting this RV.

  We had a great time! The travel trailer was in brand-new condition and was very clean. Working with Shawn and Aleana to schedule the drop off and pick up was easy - they’re quite responsive. Shawn set us up and showed us how everything worked.   We had a fabulous trip to the beach and Hidden Gem was the trailer that convinced us to purchase! You do need to have a breaking system installed on your vehicle, but the trailer is very easy to tow and with the stabilizing bars, it barely felt like we were pulling.
