If you are new to the idea of camping, but don't want to pitch a tent and lay your head on the ground, then this like new, lightly used 2022 Grand Design Imagine 23BHE is the way to go! This home away from home features a queen size "master" bedroom, full size bunk beds (sleeps one each), and a dinette that converts to a twin size bed! It will comfortably accommodate 2- adults, 4 children, but may accommodate up to 5 adults. The exterior offers an outside cooking area equipped with a 2-burner cook station, onboard propane hookup directly to the trailer for convenient use! There is also a mini fridge which is ideal to store all your cooking needs while at camp! The outside shower is a temp controlled spray port for rinsing off after a dip in the ocean/lake/river, or move the hose to the rear port for assistance while cooking your favorite camp side cuisines! What's included Bed linens, bath towels, camping chairs, cooler, paper towels, toilet paper, dish rags and soap, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, utensils, pots and pans, tubes for floating and relaxing on the lake, an opportunity to make lasting memories with friends and family! Weight Distribution hitch available as well. No generator available. Recommendations State parks are perfect, as they are inexpensive and not as closely crowded as other campgrounds. KOA's are nice as they offer alot of family friendly things on site, but are a bit more pricey. Other things to note Please respect this RV as it is used for owners personal use and for others, like yourself, to use as a get-a-way for making memories and relaxation! Pets are welcome, but MUST BE HOUSE BROKEN! ABSOLUYTLEY NO SMOKING! $250 fee will be assessed for smoking in the RV! No festivals or tailgating. **$50 dumping fee will be added to all rentals needing waste dumping whether it be pick-up or delivery. **$150 excessive cleaning fee will be charged to any rental returned needing more than light sweeping, mopping, etc. Trailer weighs approximately 6,500lbs loaded. Best towed with a half ton pickup truck (F150, 1500, etc.) or larger. Check your vehicles towing capacity before making reservations. We reserve the right to deny rental if towing vehicle is deemed unsafe for you and your family or potential to cause damage to the trailer.

  As a first-time RVer, I had some hiccups in the beginning. I now know I should make sure the rental is equipped for dry camping ( water and generator). Butch was very kind and helpful to help us get on track. Overall, we had a fabulous time and the RV experience was great once we worked out the kinks.
