Brand new 24' 2023 Forest River EVO. Under 5k lbs - meaning yes, it can be towed by your SUV. Sleeps 7 adults comfortably. Two Large double bunks. Big shower! A.C. is super cold. USB ports all around to charge those electronics, and yes, multiple outlets inside and out. Standard equipment: stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, power hitch, power awning, outdoor area rug, camping chairs, small outdoor table. Dry Camping? No problem! Just add the generator at check out. Don't want to clean out the tank after your vacation? Understandable, add that at checkout and I'll do it for you. Want an outdoor flat top grill? Add it at checkout. *Propane and fully charged batteries are included in the price. Tailgating? Do it! Have fun! Have pets? No problem, add them to your reservation. Need me to tow it to the campsite? On it! Let me know at checkout. Just don't have time to come pick it up after work and get the family ready? I got you covered, I'll bring it to you. Let me know at check out. Smoking absolute no go. Book that family trip you've been putting off. Make those memories. What's included Carry in carry out. Bring your own blankets and pillows (people have laundry detergent allergies, it's just easier this way). Kitchen cookware and utensils are included. There is an outdoor mat for under the awning, small table, (2) camping chairs, (2) inflatable water tubes. Toilet paper comes with rental because it has to he specific RV type. Full propane tank. Recommendations If you intend on dry camping (no utility hook ups) you will need to rent the generator too. There is an outdoor flat top grill available for rent too. Other things to note No smoking inside period. Make sure when you are driving that the bathroom vent and all windows are shut.

  While there were a couple of hiccups during the rental, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving questions and concerns. I would rent form him again.

  Renting this RV with Alvaro was an amazing experience! The RV is super equipped and Alvaro was extremely helpful in getting us started as first timers in using an RV.   Brandy is the best ever. The most helpful person throughout the entire experience. Whenever we had questions she would text or call and even walked us through an issue regarding the AC which saved us from the Las Vegas heat! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a camper and a great host.
