Perfect for family, or group of friends. Bunkbed floorplan with King sized bed. 30 amp hookup. - Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis - Non-smoking RV (vapes are allowed) - light cleaning is required before return - gas-filled, propane-filled, grey tank dumped, black water tank dumped required before return. In case you forget, there will be fresh linens in the bedroom cabinet above the bed. **Optional Pull-out couch** Please note that the pull-out couch does not have cushions inside. If you need to use the pull-out couch please let us know so we can provide you a foldable mattress. What's included Fresh linens, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, toiletries, onboard tools - ladder, air tire pump, emergency road kit, tire jack, leveling rod, tire rod, portable tool box, potable water hose, potable water filter. This resort offers plenty of amenities for the entire family such as four fishing piers, a mini golf course, giant air-filled jumping pillows, beachside rentals such as kayaks, fishing boats, and so much more.
