Available Nov 13–15 · 2 nights5 sites open for every nightA forested campground near fishing, and hiking. Most campsites have no hookups.
Sedalia functions primarily as a rustic basecamp for outdoor pursuits across the Enoree district rather than a developed recreation area. It is a trailhead for the Enoree Passage of the Palmetto Trail, which offers easy-to-moderate hikes through the district, and the campground sits roughly between the Tyger River to the north and the Enoree River to the south; Johns Creek Lake complex of three small reservoirs lies just southwest and provides shore fishing and small-boat use (trolling motors only).

Length limits vary by campsite.

“Nice quiet campground. Our site had plenty of space between it and our neighbors. A little more stripped down than some campgrounds but it’s a great base for exploring the Palmetto Trail”
“Very nice, well maintained, clean campground. Unfortunately at around 430 AM some of the locals shot 2 deer in the campground from the back of a pickup. Being woke by gunfire spoils the experience! ”

Months with fewer than 30 reservations of that kind are left blank. Sites where nearly every booking was made the day of arrival (pay on arrival) are left out. Closed seasons, windows not yet released for booking, and currently unavailable nights are separate from this history.
Based on Recreation.gov reservations, FY2015–2025 (732 reservations in the years scored). Counts reservations made, not nights actually camped: cancellations aren't in the data, and nights a site was closed count as not booked. FY2020–21 (COVID) are left out of the scores.
