Camping at Theater in the Pines near Pleasant Grove

Public campground · Pleasant Grove · 1 campsite · 1 group

A forested campground near hiking, and mountain biking.

About this campground

Theater in the Pines sits at about 7,600 feet on the Alpine Loop Scenic Byway in the Wasatch Mountains, framed by stands of pine, fir and quaking aspen. The site shares a border with the Mount Timpanogos Wilderness, so the mood here is mountain-first: summer wildflowers and active wildlife, and a vivid show of color in the fall.

“Facilities are great, but price is high and you're right next to a fairly busy road. Overall a good time, but you might find a better value elsewhere!”
