R.B. ★ 2 · Oct 2026Campground looked nice. Never saw staff during the stay. The office was closed on our arrival Friday night 6:30pm. The office was never open on Saturday and No one stopped by either. Their cancellation policy is unreasonable also with no refund 30 days out. We will be using another campground on our next trip to Eagle River
Douglas Q ★ 5 · Sep 2026Campground is a newer campground. The sites were nice and shady in the woods. The only downside was we couldn’t put our awning out due to a tree. But we had our gazebo along which worked fine. And we didn’t need the awning for shade. Showers were very clean. It was right by the boat ramp. Not sure if that would be noisy in the weekends, but we were there during the week. But if you have a boat you have a place to park it. This is on the chain of lakes with 28 fairly large inland lakes. Could have rented a pontoon and toured them. But we didn’t realize it ahead of time. But that would be fun. The roads around the area are nice for walking. Very shady and quiet. Again we were there after labor day. How it is during the peak season is hard to say. There aren’t a lot of sites, and some of them are not made for bigger campers. We now know which sites we will ask for. Our site was plenty long, but it was a bit tight parking the camper. Had to ask a person to move their truck. We have a 28’. Camp workers were very helpful.
Beata B ★ 5 · Sep 2026We had the great pleasure of spending the Labor Day weekend at this campsite, and we are absolutely delighted. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the place is spotless, with every detail well-tended. The owner is incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful—we felt welcome right from the start. It is a place with a unique atmosphere that makes you want to come back. We highly recommend it!
