Camping at Smith Rapids near Park Falls

Public campground · Park Falls · 8 campsites

A forested campground near fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. Most campsites have no hookups, and RV fit varies by site.

About this campground

Smith Rapids is also a practical base for exploring the wider Chequamegon Nicolet National Forest. It sits near the 70-mile Flambeau Trail System a mixed-use corridor popular for off-road vehicles, hiking and mountain biking in warmer months and for snowmobiling in winter with rolling terrain, tree-lined corridors, wooden bridge crossings and viewpoints over bogs and lakes.
