Effective May 2026, construction is scheduled to begin on the bridge along Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway, which provides access to Sebastian Inlet State Park. During this time, visitors may experience increased traffic congestion, construction-related noise in the area, and possible changes to the campground entrance. Currently there is no access to the beach from the south side due to the bridge project Impacts if significant may lead to cancelation of camping reservations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as this important infrastructure project is completed. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for travel .
