Great overall experience, Norman responded quickly to messages and keeps the trailer well kept.

The RV is old and dirty. 100% avoid if you are renting for your family. We only rented it for two nights and propane tank ran out on 2nd night and we ended up sleeping in freezing temps. Do not recommend it.

Norman was responsive throughout the process, and always trying to help. The trailer is in good condition. Other than a couple of minor things - everything was in good condition.

The trailer was great but there were a few issues we experienced. The gas regulator was not working so we had no gas for cooking or showering. That was a huge bummer. Also it wasn’t very clean. Definitely dirty counters and floors. And I’m not too sure all the bedding provided was even clean. I’m not very happy with the rental due to these issues. Otherwise the trailer was fine. Just being honest. J Held.
