Unfortunately owners were only available via video on the pick up and heating device did not work and because we were in remote area couldn't trouble shoot the issue. Yen was a great host with precise communication and very responsive. Before we picked up the RV, Yen shared videos that helped me navigating through the RV amenities. RV is pretty new and in great condition, easy to drive.
