Also, please ensure that there is no smell in the RV upon return or we will have to add a pet cleaning fee. ) ✅ Early Pick-Ups can be arranged for an additional fee ✅ Late Returns can be arranged for an additional fee. If the RV is returned later than the agreed time during booking, there is a late return fee.) ✅ Music festivals and tailgating ARE Allowed (Please inform while booking as there is an Extra Fee + Bigger Deposit) ✅ Check the Generator for Every 6 Hours of Usage (will show you what needs to be done when I deliver the RV) ❎ No Driving in Snow ❎ No Smoking Inside the RV (hefty cleaning fee if the odor is present inside RV) ❎ No Tow Hitching (Bike Rack is Allowed. The bumper receiver will be locked. So Please mention at the time of booking if you want to use it ) ❎ No Traveling Outside the Country ❎ Don't keep windows or doors open when using AC and Generator ❎ Turn off the Propane and Refrigerator when Putting Gas in the RV ✹ TO-DO CHECKLIST while returning back the RV✹ We hope you enjoy the RV living and return the RV in the same condition. Below are some of the tasks to take care of. ✅ Sewage needs to be completely emptied ✅ Propane tank needs to be filled back to same level ✅ Gas to be filled back to same level ✅ The vehicle needs to be cleaned upon return 1. Gas tank & Propane tank- Please return with the same level of the gas/propane tank or a 49$ admin fee will be added and the receipt will be shared for whatever fuel/propane is added to bring back to the same level. 2. Cleaning Fee- Please return the RV in the same condition or there is a 100$ cleaning fee. 3. Sewage empty - Please empty the sewage tanks completely or there is a 69$ admin fee. Addresses for completing the above tasks. (Please call them or google online for their working hours) 1. Propane tank refill- Uhaul is located at 4833 Thornton Ave, Fremont, CA 94536. They refill the propane for you and you don't have to worry about refilling it yourself. 2. Empty Sewage tanks and refill freshwater- Garden City RV park at 1309 Old Oakland Rd, San Jose, CA 95112 The pickup and drop-off location is the parking lot of a gas station (0.5 miles away from my house) it becomes easy for you to fill up with gas at end of the trip. Please return RV on time as there is a late fee for every hour late associated to it

  Ashwin’s RV was perfect! It was our first time ever in a RV and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The communication with Ashwin was very accurate and quick, he told us everything we needed to know before starting our trip through Northern California. The RV had everything we needed and during the trip we really began to love ‘Marvin the Majestic’. Would definitely recommend to rent this RV.

  We did not have an ideal experience. Ashwin is helpful and communicative, and a very friendly person. However, his RV is in need of some mechanical attention. For our trip there were a few important things that were not working, or were not working well. Ashwin kindly offered us a price break/partial refund, but the RVShare system has an undisclosed time limit to accept the change in reservation cost. I learned that…

  My kid and I spent 9 days at Burning Man and had a spectacular time. We couldnt have done it without Ashwin renting us his RV.   Had five days of family trip with two little kids. There is a reason for all of the great reviews. Ashwin is definitely one of the most friendly and responsive hosts I’ve ever met. This was my second RV rental after the first one from another big RV rental company.   We had a bad experience overall. The place was not properly cleaned. My wife got bit by some bugs. I communicated this and the owner apologized and gave me a price break. Based on my observations the motor home had not been properly been cleaned previously. This was the first time renting a motor home. And was not thr best.
