This is ideal for first time renters to learn all the important details in person with the host, customized Q&A, and have assistance getting on the road towing smoothly. Sleeps up to 3 adults, plus 1 child, and pet-friendly: This Trailer is small enough to fit onto most driveways and properties, to also be used as a guest-cottage, for family & friends visiting from out of town (without needing to tow it). This option would avoid much higher SF Bay Area accommodation rental prices, while guests also remain closer to home and avoid commuting back & forth while visiting. Host drop-off and pick-up may be Free in the SF South Bay Area on Sundays and weekday evenings Mondays through Thursdays. 1 Full-Size Bed, 1 Couch converts to Twin-Bed of 28-inch x 80-inch, 1 Bunk Twin-Bed above the Full-Size Bed is 25-inch x 80-inch. Each bed is equipped with either Lost Horizon Airsoft or Therm-A-Rest foam self-inflating foam mattress for each person to easily customize firmness vs cushion for ideal sleeping (with air-pump included). For more details and explanations, please watch this short 4-min YouTube video link below: https://youtu.be/wILqEcpcmKA Typical 30W electrical support needed for the heating & air-conditioning. For "off the grid" electrical support, a new gas powered Craftsman 5000 Watts-Vatios generator, as well as a portable indoor & outdoor propane heater with a 5-gal full propane tank can be provided for free to remain with this trailer (upon request only). Other things to note Biodegradable RV toilet paper will be provided with each rental. NO regular toilet paper or anything else which could clog the septic system to not be unusable, toxic, and force expensive repairs.
