ENSURE YOUR GUEST COUNT IS CORRECT & INCLUDES KIDS 2+.**** In 2022 we fully renovated the second floor of our main building to create a beautiful fully-equipped year round rental for those who want a more comfortable stay while enjoying Vermont’s Summer and Winter activities. Enjoy the river’s soothing sounds as you cook, sleep, and unwind from a day of outdoor activities. Open year round, The Loft contains a full bathroom, kitchen with lots of cookware, air conditioner, cast iron fireplace, high ceilings and tons of sunlight. 2 private decks, and is right on the Brewster River where you can hike, fish, and relax. Super fast and reliable Fiber WIFI, work-desk, smart TV w/ provided Netflix & Hulu, your own private outdoor firepit and hammock on the river, Check in at your leisure w/ keypad code. This space is very clean: we provide fresh linens, towels and all the supplies you'll need for a super comfortable stay. This home can accommodate up to 4 people as there is queen bed plus a couch which converts into a pull-out with memory foam mattress. On the property there’s hiking trails across the river, swimming/fishing in the river, a waterfall to enjoy a soak in, nearby kayaking/tubing, and a 2 minute drive to Smugglers Notch. The Long Trail can be accessed at several places close to the campground, including hikes to the top of nearby Mt. Mansfield, the highest point in Vermont. Horseback riding, fishing, bicycling, and canoe/kayak outings on the Lamoille River are all available locally, along with many great restaurants and bakeries. Firewood is available to purchase on-site. Please use your correct email when booking as we send you important check-in details. All reservations are final.
